Privacy Policy — Bara Al Salfah

2026-10-16

About this app

Bara Al Salfah is a party game intended for ages 13 and older. No account is required. This policy covers both Bara Al Salfah and Who Am I? inside the app.

Game data on your device

Player names you enter, custom words, preferences and the current round are stored in the app's private local storage. We do not send them to our own server. Draw history is temporary and resets when the app restarts. Automatic backup of this data is disabled.

Character images

Character pictures download when displayed from the image hosts identified in the app library and are cached on your device. Those hosts may receive your IP address, the requested image URL and normal connection information. Event images, country flags, text and words are bundled for offline use.

Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display banner ads outside private identity screens. Google may process device information, identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad interactions, diagnostics and performance data to provide and measure advertising and prevent fraud, subject to the privacy and age-protection settings applied. Ad requests receive teen protections and an ad content cap of PG or lower. We do not send player names, custom words or secret roles to the advertising service.

Privacy choices

We use Google's User Messaging Platform to request privacy choices where required. A privacy-options control appears in Settings when available. You can also manage your advertising identifier in Android Settings. Google's policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Retention and deletion

Delete custom words in the app library. Clearing app storage in Android Settings or uninstalling removes local app data and cached images. Starting a new play session resets draw history while keeping words and settings. Google's services and image hosts retain data according to their own policies.

Ages and updates

The app is intended for ages 13 and older. It does not request your date of birth, precise location, contacts, camera or microphone. We may update this policy when services or data practices change; the revision date appears at the top.
